Terms of Use
Effective October 10, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and DeadPixel LLC ("we", "us"), the maker of Rhythm Breach (the "App"). Rhythm Breach is distributed on the App Store by Christopher Moore on behalf of DeadPixel LLC. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. The App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"); these terms add to it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA wins on anything it covers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
Playing
- Rhythm Breach gives you a new daily song, a set number of free attempts per difficulty each day, and extra attempts for watching a rewarded ad. The rules, limits and features may change over time.
- You need an internet connection for ranked play, leaderboards, attempts, streaks and purchases.
- Attempts, streaks, library songs and other in-game items have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and aren't your property.
- The App is not directed at children under 13.
Fair play and player names
Don't cheat (for example with bots, modified apps, or faked or automated runs), interfere with the server or other players, or exploit bugs. Player names must not be offensive, hateful, impersonate someone, or contain personal information. We may rename players, remove scores or leaderboard entries, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscription
Rhythm Breach offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that includes no ads (extra attempts without watching), practice mode, and a full library that never locks. Features may be added over time.
- Price: the price and length of each subscription are shown in the App before you buy, in your local currency.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same length and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Managing and cancelling: manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings > your name > Subscriptions (or in the App Store app). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the subscription until the end of the period you paid for.
- Free trials: if a free trial or introductory offer is shown, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before a trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
- Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
- Restore purchases: on a reinstall or another device signed in to the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases in the App.
- Price changes: Apple tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement.
Ads
Rewarded ads are optional and provided by Google AdMob. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
Our content
The App, its songs (composed by our own software), charts, art, characters (including Root), text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may share your share cards and screenshots for personal, non-commercial purposes. Otherwise, don't copy, modify, redistribute or reverse engineer the App, except as the law allows.
Availability and changes
We work to deliver a new song every day, but the service may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, suspend or end features or the service. If we ever shut down the online service, we'll give notice in the App where we can. We may update these terms; we'll post changes here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the App means you accept them.
Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or progress, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Ending these terms
You can stop at any time by deleting the App (and cancelling any subscription in Settings). You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end your access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA (where DeadPixel LLC is registered), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or the App will be heard in the state or federal courts located in California. Both apply unless the laws where you live require otherwise.
